Totally Compliant provides an integrated
set of solutions to compliance issues and problems, ranging from
self-administered screening tests to complete packages of management and
monitoring. We provide consulting services with in-house expertise in
each of the regulatory areas/categories. We also have assembled a select
group of providers who deliver specific aspects of compliance risk
reduction.
Our initial evaluation of your compliance
risk is free. The logical next step would be a consulting engagement for
us to build (in teamwork with your management) a Compliance Action Plan
for your company, for which we charge a consulting fee. The third step
would be a consulting engagement to deliver and implement the services /
components outlined in the Compliance Action Plan. For any option you
select, all up-front and continuing costs are disclosed prior to the
commencement of work.
Policy development and implementation may
be handled by one specialized partner, remote monitoring by another,
network analysis by another, legal review by another, but in all cases
delivery of the overall compliance structure will be managed by one of
our principals.
