Totally Compliant,
LLC was formed in 2003, combining the consulting practices of three of
its Principals, along with the technology and web delivery expertise of
the fourth Principal. From its base in the Charlotte, NC metro area, it
has a national and international scope.
The firm provides
comprehensive policy and compliance knowledge as well as implementation
support to organizations for managing external risk, specifically
including, but not limited to compliance to required federal laws and
regulations affecting information systems. A major focus area is
security and business continuity, with in-house and partner expertise in
all aspects of information management and security, including 24 x 7
monitoring.
Staff has expertise
and experience in the following areas:

Information Security Management – including experience
as Chief Information Security Officer for several major corporations
and government agencies.

Consulting Management – including senior positions in
the “Big 5”, CEO of two successful consulting companies and senior
management in a publicly traded information security consulting
company.

Systems Integration – including management of a
software group and CEO of a manufacturing systems integrator.

Disaster Recovery Consultant – who has several years of
experience in the high-tech industry and who has led best-in-class
efforts in recovery management.

System Penetration Testing – with staff who have
accomplished over 100 web application and system “ethical hacking”
exploits.

Remote Network Monitoring – with expertise in both
system performance and security monitoring.

Implementation – Several staff have accomplished significant projects

the areas of regulatory compliance, security and disaster recovery.
Peter Browne
 Peter Browne
is one of the pioneers in information security, having started that
function in the US Air Force in the early 1970’s. His distinguished
career has included work as a consultant with the Big 5, head of
corporate information security at three Fortune 500 companies, and CEO
of two successful consulting companies. He developed many of the
concepts that have been widely accepted in the fields of information and
network security. He built highly rated “best in class” security
organizations at Motorola and First Union National Bank. He also has
consulted extensively; having led well regarded consulting operations in
his own company, Ernst & Young and at Predictive Systems, Inc. He has
received the Fitzgerald Award for excellence in the field, was the Chair
of the Management Advisory Council of International Information
Integrity Institute and was the co-Chairman of the BITS Security and
Risk Assessment Committee from 1998 to 2001, instrumental in growing
that group from a half dozen active participants to over 50
institutions.
Peter Browne has published over 50 technical papers,
articles and briefs, and has given over 200 speeches and public
presentations. He has held local and national office in many
professional organizations, including ISSA, the ACM, DPMA, International
Information Integrity Institute and BITS
Roy Nelson
 Roy Nelson is
CEO and co-founder of
ebasedevolution, a web development and
optimization company. His background includes development and sales of
medical practice application systems, the provision of online services
and management of software professionals. He brings a wealth of
experience in software sales, business development and operations
management. His skill and creativity in developing a nationally
recognized sales demonstration allowed his company to not only compete
with but outperform much large companies across the country. That
experience has allowed Roy to successfully groom ebasedevolution's
growth into a nationally recognized Web Business Strategist.
Roy's vision and unique perspective allows him a creative
view of day to day business issues often overlooked by others in his
position. His willingness to "roll up his sleeves" and delve into the
issues faced by clients present a tremendous value to the overall
mission.
Murdoch Morrison
 Murdoch
Morrison has over 35 years of experience in building and managing
technology products and services companies. Mr. Morrison's experience
includes the design and implementation of relationship management
systems for state and regional economic development agencies, with
articles published on the results.
In addition, Mr. Morrison has served as conference
speaker at both national and international economic development
conferences on the subject of technology integration. Other positions
held include: Chairman of a publicly traded company, founder/President
of three software development companies, founder/CEO of a manufacturing
company, turn-around consulting, and founder/principal in a consulting
firm whose specialty is technology contract negotiation.
