Compliance Monitoring

Monitoring can take two different forms.  Systems and processes can be periodically audited or tested for compliance, or appropriate instrumentation applied that is continuously monitored in-house or by a third party.  We can help in either case.

Network Monitoring Services

A Totally Compliant partner, TechTell, provides 24x7 remote network monitoring and alarm notification.  TechTell utilizes sophisticated hardware and software to create an outsourced end-to-end network monitoring service.  TechTell monitors the activity and functionality of network elements, providing outsourced element alarm monitoring and notification for both IP and non-IP based networks.  TechTell can also engineer in-house solutions to meet any organization's needs.  TechTell experience comes from proven performance in a diverse array of industries, including manufacturing, financial institutions, retail, Public Utility Districts, Port Authorities, Public Safety, and more.

Monitoring Service – TechTell provides 24x7 remote network monitoring and alarm notification.  TechTell utilizes sophisticated hardware and software to create an outsourced end-to-end network monitoring service.  TechTell monitors the activity and functionality of network elements, providing full outsourced alarm monitoring and notification.

Software – TechTell robust monitoring software provides web-based visibility to all network elements and services.  The Trouble Management Module provides a common location for historical information on trouble tickets and network element performance.  It interacts with TechTell's on-site hardware for a seamless integration of live monitoring and historical trouble ticket tracking. 

Hardware – TechTell's line of Network Monitoring Appliances provide real-time network element monitoring and reporting when deployed in any network.  The TechTell hardware includes central monitoring devices, data aggregation devices and stand-alone monitoring devices. 

Managed Security Monitoring

We can set up the instrumentation, monitoring processes and monitoring capability to continually test systems or procedures for appropriate compliance.  Examples would be the monitoring of network or computer systems configuration and security to comply with security policy.  This includes monitoring of firewalls or network intrusion detection systems.  This generally goes under the name of Managed Security Services, and any organization that processes internet transactions needs to ensure that such monitoring capability is in place.  We have a number of partners which provide these types of services, including the META Security Group. 

Compliance Audit

A Compliance Audit is basically a consulting engagement that will subject all of the appropriate processes, procedures and systems to a compliance review, prior to being audited by a government agency or accredited third party.  This can greatly increase the likelihood of being prepared for an audit that could otherwise cause financial penalties or restrictions on allowed activities.
